We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for new, unused merchandise. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and registration cards attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Generate and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; please note that a $9.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack your handbag or accessory in its original shipping box, ensuring the packing slip is included and the return label is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS Access Point, then use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress.
